Viêm tuyến tiền là chứng bệnh về nhiễm khuẩn xảy ra tại tuyến tiền liệt của nam giới và được biểu hiện dưới 2 dạng cấp tính và mãn tính.
Thế nào là viêm tuyến tiền liệt?
Tiền liệt tuyến là một cơ quan nhỏ nằm dưới đáy của bàng quang, bao bọc xung quanh niệu đạo, nằm phía trước của trực tràng. Bộ phận này đóng vai trò rất quan trọng trong việc sản xuất tinh dịch và điều hòa tiểu tiện ở nam giới. Viêm tiền liệt tuyến chính là tình trạng sưng và viêm của tuyến.
Theo các bác sĩ nam khoa, nguyên nhân hàng đầu khiến nam giới bị viêm tuyến tiền liệt chính là do ứ đọng bài tiết trong tuyến tiền liệt khiến tuần hoàn ở đó bị rồi loạn. Ngoài ra việc nhiễm trùng qua đường niệu đạo như: quan hệ tình dục không an toàn, sau khi thực hiện các thủ thuật đường niệu đạo như thông tiểu, đặt ống dẫn lưu cũng gây nên bệnh lý này. Nhiễm trùng qua đường máu cũng có thể là căn nguyên gây bệnh nhưng trường hợp này khá là ít.
Bệnh có thể gặp ở nhiều lứa tuổi, từ trẻ tới già, nhưng chủ yếu là ở người trẻ đang trong giai đoạn sung sức về tình dục.
Những triệu chứng viêm tuyến tiền liệt cần chú ý
*Triệu chứng lâm sàng
– Triệu chứng ở đường tiểu
Đau hoặc cảm giác nóng rát khi đi tiểu. Triệu chứng này sẽ làm cho người bệnh khó khăn khi đi tiểu, ngại đi tiểu, lười đi tiểu hay do dự khi đi tiểu. Làm cho thận yếu đi và không đảm nhận được chức năng vốn có của mình.
Thường xuyên đi tiểu, đặc biệt là đêm. Với triệu chứng này sẽ khiến cho người bệnh không tập trung để làm việc được, đêm ngủ không sâu giấc, tần xuất đi tiểu nhiều làm cho bệnh nhân bị gián đoạn giấc ngủ, gây mất ngủ và căng thẳng.
Khi có cảm giác muốn đi tiểu, người bệnh phải đi ngay, không nhịn được dù thời gian ngắn nhất, vì có cảm giác mình sắp tiểu ra quần.
– Bị đau ở một số bộ phận
Bệnh nhân mắc bệnh viêm tuyến tiền liệt bị đau ở háng, ở bụng, bị đau ở vùng giữa dương vật với trực tràng(hay còn gọi là đáy chậu), đau hoặc khó chịu của dương vật hay tinh hoàn, đau khi xuất tinh. Khi bị đau như vậy sẽ ảnh hưởng tới mọi sinh hoạt của bệnh nhân, cả về công việc lẫn sinh hoạt cá nhân.
* Triệu chứng thường gặp khi bị viêm tuyến tiền liệt cấp
- Khi bị bệnh viêm cấp không do vi khuẩn, người bệnh sẽ có nhiều triệu chứng khác thường như đột nhiên đi tiểu nhiều lần, tiểu đau, có thể thấy máu khi đi tiểu, có kèm theo các dấu hiệu như: sốt, sợ lạnh, đau đầu và đau người.
- Đi khám và thử nước tiểu thì thấy hậu môn sưng đầy, ấn đau, và nước tiểu có nhiều hồng cầu, dịch tuyến có mùi. Lúc này có thể những tế bào mủ đã ngự trị trong tuyến tiền liệt. Có thể thấy nếu bị viêm tuyến tiền liệt mạn tính không do vi khuẩn thì các dấu hiệu nhận biết thường ít, chủ yếu là đi tiểu đêm nhiều lần.
Ngoài ra viêm tuyến tiền liệt cấp tính do vi khuẩn lại có triệu chứng khác: sốt cao, ớn lạnh, buồn nôn, ói mửa, người cảm giác mệt mỏi, không khỏe và không muốn làm việc. Những triệu chứng này là do sự phát triển đột ngột của bệnh gây ra.
- Dạng viêm không có triệu chứng: ở thế này, bệnh viêm tuyến tiền liệt không xuất hiện triệu chứng gì gây khó khăn cho việc phát hiện và điều trị.
*Giai đoạn viêm mãn tính có những triệu chứng gì?
Khi mới mắc bệnh viêm tuyến tiền liệt, bệnh nhân không chữa trị hoặc chữa trị nhưng chưa khỏi dứt điểm, để bệnh kéo dài khoảng 3 tháng thì nó sẽ chuyển sang mãn tính. Đối với một số người các triệu chứng bệnh không thay đổi theo thời gian, nhưng ở một số lại có triệu chứng theo chu kỳ. Nếu bệnh nhân có triệu chứng theo chu kỳ thì có lúc thấy bệnh của mình thuyên giảm rất nhiều và thấy ít nghiêm trọng nhưng rất hiếm gặp.
Bệnh chuyển sang mãn tính sẽ có các biểu hiện như:
- Người bệnh tiểu không thông, tiểu nhiều lần, tiểu gấp, tiểu đau, tiểu nhỏ giọt, cảm giác muốn tiểu, niệu đạo ngứa, chảy chất dịch trắng đục, có lúc bệnh nhân tiểu ra máu hoặc nước tiểu lẫn tinh dịch.
- Người bệnh bị đau âm ỉ vùng hội âm, trực tràng xuyên vùng cụt, bên trong đùi và bụng dưới. Với những người trẻ tuổi thì họ phải đối mặt với triệu chứng suy giảm hứng thú tình dục, di tinh, liệt dương…
- Người bệnh bị mất ngủ kéo dài, tinh thần suy nhược, lúc nào cũng có cảm giác đau đầu, váng đầu, chóng mặt, suy nghĩ tiêu cực, không có hứng thú làm việc…
- Thăm khám qua đường trực tràng phát hiện tuyến tiền liệt to cứng, mặt trơn, hoặc có cục cứng, to nhỏ không bình thường, ấn đau, có thể nhỏ do xơ cứng. Khi kiểm tra dịch tuyến tiền liệt có nhiều bạch cầu.
Lời khuyên của bác sĩ: Để điều trị bệnh hiệu quả, người bệnh cần theo dõi phát hiện sớm các triệu chứng viêm tuyến tiền liệt dựa vào những thông tin đã được cung cấp và đi thăm khám kịp thời để có phương án điều trị hợp lý. Với người bị viêm tuyến tiền liệt dù là cấp hay mãn tính cũng cần chú ý đến chế độ ăn hàng ngày: không tiêu thụ nhiều chất béo, đồ cay nóng, các món chiên xào, không hút thuốc, hạn chế uống rượu bia để tránh làm bệnh nặng thêm.
