Tiểu ra máu – Chứng bệnh đàn ông không thể coi thường

Đôi khi những dấu hiệu nhỏ của cơ thể lại là lời báo trước của một căn bệnh nguy hiểm hơn. Chẳng hạn như có máu trong nước tiểu sẽ cho đàn ông biết rằng mình có nguy cơ rất cao bị Ung thư tuyến tiền liệt.

Theo các nghiên cứu mới đây của các nhà khoa học thuộc tổ chức Mayoclinic, ở Mỹ đã cảnh báo rằng, việc có máu trong nước tiểu (có thể là màu hồng hoặc màu đỏ sẫm như Coca) là điều vô cùng nguy hiểm. Tuy chưa đủ để khẳng định đàn ông có mắc Ung thư tuyến tiền liệt hay không. Nhưng có thể khẳng định chắc chắn, đàn ông đang gặp phải vấn đề nghiêm trong ở hệ tiết niệu và cần phải đi khám ngay.

Ngoài ra, tiểu ra máu cũng là dấu hiệu cảnh báo đàn ông gặp phải những vấn đề nghiêm trọng khác như:

1. Nhiễm trùng đường tiết niệu

Vấn đề này xảy ra ở nam giới không có thói quen vệ sinh các nhân sạch sẽ, tạo điều kiện cho các vi khuẩn (như E.Coli hoặc P….) xâm nhập vào cơ thể qua niệu đạo và di chuyển ngược lên bàng quang làm tổ ở đó. Gây ra những vết viêm loét và hiện tượng cháy máu ở bàng quang. Do vậy đối với một số người, đặc biệt là đàn ông lớn tuổi, sẽ gặp phải hiện tượng máu hoà lẫn với nước tiểu đi ra ngoài. Ngoài ra, nam giới bị nhiễm trùng đường tiết niệu còn có một số dấu hiệu khác như liên tục buồn tiểu, đau và bỏng rát khi đi tiểu.

Vi khuẩn cũng có thể phát triển và xâm nhập vào thận qua mạch máu và gây ra hiện tượng nhiễm trùng thận ở nam giới. Nếu kéo dài và không điều trị, đàn ông còn có nguy cơ rơi vào tình trạng Suy thận, vô cùng nguy kịch.

2. Sỏi thận hoặc sỏi bàng quang

Đây là hiện tượng các khoáng chất (canxi và các chất cặn) tích tụ trong thận hoặc bàng quang tạo thành sỏi. Thông thường, kích thước viên sỏi khá nhỏ và có thể đi ra ngoài dễ dàng qua đường tiểu. Tuy nhiên, khi đàn ông bị gặp phải các vấn đề như Viêm tuyến tiền liệt, hoặc Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt… khiến cổ bàng quang bị thu hẹp lại, viên sỏi không thể thoát ra và ngày càng to dần lên.

Sỏi thận và sỏi bàng quang có thể gây tổn thương và chảy máu ở hệ tiết niệu

Lâu dần do kích thước của viên sỏi ngày càng tăng, sẽ gây nên sự ma sát ở thành bàng quang và thận. Tạo ra những tổn thương cho thận và bàng quang gây chảy máu và hiện tượng đi tiểu ra máu cũng từ đấy mà ra. Nếu không phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời, rất có thể bệnh sẽ biến chứng gây Viêm bàng quang, Viêm niệu đạo… ở đàn ông.

3. Do mắc phải những bệnh truyền nhiễm

Các nhà nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng, việc “thiếu máu hồng cầu lưỡi liềm” (hay khiếm khuyết di truyền) của hemoglobin trong hồng cầu cũng có thể gây ra hiện tượng đi tiểu ra máu. Do nó gây tổn thương các mạch máu nhỏ trong thận có thể ảnh hưởng đến màng lọc trong cầu thận và khiến máu và nước tiểu hòa làm một thoát ra theo đường tiểu.

Bên cạnh đó, đây cũng là một căn bệnh khá đáng sợ do đàn ông sẽ luôn phải dè chừng những biến chứng nguy hiểm như hoại tử chân, đột quỵ hoặc nhiễm trùng nhiều nơi (viêm tủy xương, viêm phổi…).

4. Tập luyện nặng

Tập luyện nặng không chỉ gây ra những hệ lụy về mặt cơ bặp cho đàn ông mà nó còn có thể dẫn đến những tổn thương bên trong cơ thể mà đàn ông không thể lường trước được. Ví dụ như chấn thương bàng quang, mất nước hay sự phá vỡ các tế bào hồng cầu khi tập luyện kéo dài… Những điều đó, cũng có khả năng cao gây nên hiện tượng tiểu ra máu ở nam giới.

Do vậy, nam giới cần hết sức cảnh giác khi gặp tình trạng tiểu ra máu nếu không muốn gặp phải những biến chứng nguy hiểm. Đàn ông nên hỏi đi khám hoặc hỏi ý kiến của các chuyên gia để có hướng xử lý nhanh chóng cho bệnh của mình.
