Rễ cây bồ quân chữa khỏi u xơ tuyến tiền liệt – Bs Hoàng Sầm

Theo kinh nghiệm dân gian, nước sắc rễ cây bồ quân có tác dụng chữa khỏi cho đàn ông chừng 40 – 50 tuổi trở lên mắc chứng đái dắt, đái khó, thường hay mót rặn lâu nhưng có cảm giác đi không hết bãi, hơi thở hôi nồng, đau ê ẩm vùng bọng đái, bàng quang…

Bồ quân hay mùng quân, hồng quân (hay còn gọi là cây quân) có tên khoa học là Flacourtia jangomas (Lour.) Raeusch hoặc tên khác Flacourtia cataphracta Roxb., thuộc họ Bồ quân hay họ Chùm bao lớn Flacourtiaceae. Cây bồ quân thuộc loại thân gỗ, sống lâu năm ở vùng nhiệt đới, thổ nhưỡng và thổ ngơi rất đa dạng.

  • Chỉ cần dùng vài mẩu rễ bồ quân rửa sạch, bỏ vào ống nứa hay nồi nhỏ, nấu  lên  theo công thức 3 bát  nước, sắc cho còn 1 bát, uống trong ngày. Những mẩu rễ này có thể sắc di sắc lại vài lần.
  • Uống liên tục chừng 3 ngày thì những tình trạng đã nêu trên sẽ hết. Người bệnh có giấc ngủ êm, giảm cho đến hết phản xạ đi tiểu đêm. Chấm dứt tình trạng khét khắm, do quần áo, trang phục nội y dính những giọt nước tiểu sót rỉ ra triền miên trong ngày…

Điều tra tại Bệnh viện đa khoa TW Thái Nguyên năm 2001 cho thấy, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân u xơ tuyến tiền liệt như sau:

  • 61% trường hợp 60 – 74 tuổi
  • 28% trường hợp 55 – 59 tuổi
  • 11% trên 75 tuổi. Sau 20 ngày điều trị bằng uống cao lỏng cây quân với liều 0,1ml/kg/ngày, tất cả các triệu chứng rối loạn bài tiết nước tiểu trên lâm sàng đều giảm đi rõ rệt.

Đặc biệt, mất hẳn các triệu chứng cầu bàng quang căng to, đau tức vùng hạ vị.

Trong 20 bệnh nhân u xơ tuyến tiền liệt, sau đợt điều trị bằng uống cao lỏng cây quân đều không cần đòi hỏi  phải phẫu thuật. Hình ảnh siêu âm cuối cùng cho thấy, thể tích khối u giảm trung bình 3,5cm3. Đồng thời, qua siêu âm còn nhận thấy nhiều chỗ vôi hóa biến mất, thể tích bàng quang co trở lại gần như mức bình thường.

Khi thăm khám trực tràng, các bệnh nhân  trên đều có tuyến tiền liệt mềm, nhận biết rõ rãnh giữa điển hình. Có 1 trường hợp thể tích khối u tăng thêm 1cm3 nhưng lại không cần phải mổ vì sau đợt điều trị, các triệu chứng rối loạn bài tiết nước tiểu được cải thiện rõ rệt. Người bệnh đã tiểu tiện thành tia, thành bãi lớn.

Trường hợp này cũng được thăm dò lại trực tràng thấy khối u mềm ra, phân biệt rõ rãnh giữa của tuyến, tuy vẫn còn to.

Các tác giả thống nhất nhận định: Cao lỏng cây quân hoặc nước sắc 3/1 của 100g thân hoặc cành cây quân, uống hàng ngày và liên tục trong một tuần lễ có khả năng điều trị đối với những trường hợp bệnh mới xuất hiện.

Nam giới từ  40 – 50 tuổi trở lên khi đã biết chắc chắn không bị chấn thương, không bị các loại bệnh nhiễm trùng tiết niệu sinh dục, chỉ đơn thuần là đi tiểu khó khăn, khó chịu ở vùng cổ bàng quang, hạ vị, nên dùng cao lỏng cây quân hoặc nước sắc 3/1 của cây quân.

Sử dụng cây bồ quân như trên còn có thể giúp đàn ông lớn tuổi tránh và phòng ngừa được u xơ tuyến tiền liệt.
