Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt và những điều đàn ông cần biết

Theo những thống kê mới được công bố của tổ chức Y tế thế giới (WHO), có tới 59,18% đàn ông trung niên (ngoài 50) và 76,93% đàn ông (trên 70) mắc Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt. Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt thường gây ra những biến chứng ảnh hưởng tới đời sống sinh hoạt hàng ngay như: tiểu đêm, tiểu khó, tiểu rắt, tiểu nhiều lần, hoặc giảm chức năng sinh lý nam. Người bệnh cần tìm hiểu kĩ về bệnh để tránh những biến chứng nguy hiểm có thể xảy ra như bí tiểu cấp, căng vỡ bàng quang.

Tuyến tiền liệt là bộ phận của tuyến sinh dục nam, nằm ở cổ bàng quang và bao quanh niệu đạo có chức năng sản sinh ra 1 phần của tinh dịch, giúp bảo vệ tinh trùng khỏi nhân tố gây bệnh và môi trường, đồng thời hỗ trợ quá trình tiểu tiện.

Tuyến tiền liệt có kích thước trung bình là 4 cm x 3 cm x 2.5 cm, nặng chừng 15-20 gram theo kết quả siêu âm, nếu kích thước lớn hơn thì gọi là Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt,  với nguyên nhân được cho là do sự suy giảm của nội tiết tố Testosterone ở tuổi 40 trở lên, và phát thường phát bệnh khi ngoài 50 tuổi với các dấu hiệu như :

  • Tiểu khó: thường xuất hiện vào sáng khi ngủ dậy, phải đứng lâu hoặc rặn mới đi tiểu được, kèm theo căng tức vùng hạ bộ, bàng quang.
  • Tiểu đêm: đi tiểu về đêm > 3 lần mỗi đêm, mỗi lần đi đều khó, cảm giác chưa hết.
  • Tiểu rắt hay Tiểu nhiều lần: ban ngày phải đi liên tục, có khi cứ 30 phút phải đi vệ sinh 1 lần, mỗi lần đi rất ít, cảm giác chưa hết, dòng tiểu yếu và rớt vào giầy dép, quần áo.

3 giai đoạn phát triển cùng dấu hiệu nhận biết Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt

Bệnh được chia làm 3 giai đoạn và mỗi giai đoạn đều có nhưng dấu hiệu riêng được phân biệt như sau:

1. Giai đoạn ủ bệnh

Thường bắt đầu ở độ tuổi 40, khi nội tiết tố nam suy giảm dẫn tới các tế bào tuyến tiền liệt bắt đầu bị lão hóa, u xơ. Tuy nhiên, mật độ các tế bào u xơ còn chưa nhiều nên bạn không gặp phải nhiều rắc rối và khó cảm nhận về bệnh. Triệu chứng thường thấy ở giai đoạn này là đôi khi thấy tia nước tiểu yếu, khi đi vệ sinh phải đứng gần bồn cầu, đi tiểu rất dễ rớt vào tay và quần áo, nước tiểu xòe ra và chia dòng.

Các hiện tượng này thi thoảng xảy ra, tần suất không nhiều nên rất ít người để ý và dễ chủ quan lơ là. Lời khuyên dành cho bạn là nếu đã bước sang tuổi 40, nên đi khám tuyến tiền liệt (6 tháng – 1 năm/ lần), hoặc kết hợp với khám sức khỏe định kỳ, siêu âm để nắm rõ kích thước và tình trạng của Tuyến tiền liệt, qua đó có những giải pháp phòng ngừa phù hợp, ngăn chặn bệnh phát triển sớm gây phiền toái.

2. Giai đoạn phát bệnh

Xuất hiện ở độ tuổi 50 – 55, sau một thời gian dài ủ bệnh và nếu ở độ tuổi 40 không có bất kỳ biện pháp phòng ngừa nào thì các tế bào u xơ bắt đầu phát triển mạnh, mật độ u xơ cũng nhiều hơn khiến cho toàn bộ Tuyến tiền liệt bị tăng thể tích, đồng thời xơ cứng chèn ép niệu đạo, khiến niệu đạo bị bít tắc gây nên tình trạng Tiểu khó hay Bí tiểu. Hoặc chèn lên bàng quang gây kích thích cổ bàng quang, khiến bạn đi tiểu nhiều lần cả ngày lẫn đêm.

Nếu tình trạng trên kéo dài sẽ khiến người bệnh mất ăn mất ngủ, tinh thần suy nhược, ảnh hưởng xấu đến các hoạt động sinh hoạt hằng ngày. Nhiều người không dám đi ra ngoài, đi du lịch, hay đi chơi, vui thú với con cháu bạn bè… Bên cạnh đó, các đợt bí tiểu cấp cũng có thể xuất hiện, khiến người bệnh phải đi cấp cứu ngay lập tức và sử dụng các hình thức thông tiểu hoặc xả thải qua bàng quang vô cùng tốn kém và nguy hiểm.

3. Giai đoạn biến chứng

Khi giai đoạn phát bệnh không được điều trị kịp thời sẽ chuyển sang giai đoạn cuối. Do nước tiểu bị ứ đọng lâu ngày trong bàng quang sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng lắng cặn trong thời gian dài gây viêm nhiễm, xước xát, để lâu hơn nữa sẽ biến chứng nhiễm khuẩn ngược lên thận gây Suy thận.

Và một khi đã đến giai đoạn này thì các triệu chứng như Tiểu khó, Tiểu đêm hay Tiểu nhiều lần… sẽ diễn ra thường xuyên hơn và nhiều trường hợp phải nằm viện thời gian dài để điều trị.

Lợi hại của các biện pháp xử lý phì đại Tuyến tiền liệt

1. Phẫu thuật Tuyến tiền liệt

Là biện pháp sử dụng các máy móc hiện đại để tác động trực tiếp lên tuyến tiền liệt, nhằm loại bỏ một phần hoặc toàn bộ tuyến tiền liệt để giảm bớt áp lực lên niệu đạo và bàng quang. Phương pháp phổ biến nhất được dùng hiện nay là mổ nội soi và nút động mạch tuyến tiền liệt ít gây đau đớn, chi phí được bảo hiểm chi trả một phần.

Tuy nhiên, nó vẫn khá tốn kém cho những người không có điều kiện hay ở xa các thành phố do chi phí đi lại và thủ tục rườm rà ở các bệnh viện. Ngoài ra, người bệnh cũng cần xác định rằng, cắt bỏ tuyến tiền liệt đồng nghĩa với từ bỏ chức năng của đàn ông, sau cắt bỏ sinh lý và ham muốn đều không còn.

Có thể xảy ra xuất tinh ngược, tiểu ra máu và nhiều người còn phải đi xông tiểu liên tục vì vẫn bí tắc đường tiểu. Hơn nữa, tình trạng trên có thể duy trì được trong 1-2 năm. Sau đó, có khả năng sẽ phải tiến hành phẫu thuật lại do Tuyến tiền liệt phình to trở lại.

2. Sử dụng sản phẩm tây y nguồn gốc hóa học

Thông thường trong đơn kê là các sản phẩm làm giãn cơ tuyến tiền liệt, hoặc một số sản phẩm là teo kích thước của tuyến nhằm giúp đi tiểu dễ dàng hơn. Tuy nhiên, nhược điểm của các dòng sản phẩm này sẽ gây hại cho gan, thận… nếu sử dụng trong thời gian dài và nhiều sản phẩm rất khó uống.

3. Các sản phẩm nguồn gốc Đông y từ Việt Nam

Là các sản phẩm của Việt Nam, sử dụng thảo dược Việt nam như Bồ quân, Náng hoa trắng hay Trinh nữ hoàng cung… Các dòng sản phẩm này chia là 2 hướng giải quyết chính:
