Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt là bệnh lý nam khoa thường gặp hiện nay. Bệnh lý này không những gây ảnh hưởng tới cuộc sống hàng ngày của nam giới mà còn đe dọa trực tiếp sức khỏe người bệnh. Khi phát hiện có triệu chứng của bệnh quý ông cần phải tiến hành thăm khám và xử lý sớm để tránh những tác hại ngoài ý muốn.
Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt hay còn gọi là u xơ tuyến tiền liệt là căn bệnh thường thấy ở nam giới tuổi từ 50 tuổi trở lên. Đây là hiện tượng to lên bất thường của tuyến tiền liệt, chèn ép lên niệu đạo và bàng quang. Là đặc điểm sinh lý bình thường của người cao tuổi. Nguyên nhân gây phì đại tuyến tiền liệt
Đã có khá nhiều công trình nghiên cứu về nguyên nhân gây phì đại tuyến tiền liệt, các nghiên cứu cho thấy phì đại tuyến tiền liệt thường gặp ở những người: – Hay bị stress – Thường xuyên uống không đủ lượng nước trong ngay hoặc đổ nhiều mồ hôi – Sống trong môi trường ô nhiễm nhưng thiếu các phương tiện bảo vệ sức khỏe – Chế độ dinh dưỡng đơn điệu nên cơ thể thiếu hụt sinh và khoáng tố thuộc nhóm kháng oxy-hóa. – Lạm dụng bia rượu, các chất béo động vật, các chất kích thích như cà phê, thuốc lá… làm cho sức đề kháng ngày một suy giảm – Mắc các bệnh về đường tiết niệu, bệnh nội tiết mà không được điều trị cẩn thận.
Biểu hiện, triệu chứng phì đại tuyến tiền liệt
Tuyến tiền liệt phì đại gây cản trở sự di chuyển của dòng nước tiểu, rối loạn tiểu tiện. Những biểu hiện điển hình của bệnh thường gặp như sau:
- Khó tiểu
Khi buồn tiểu và muốn đi tiểu, người bệnh phải đứng trong nhà vệ sinh một lúc mới có thể đi tiểu được. Dòng nước tiểu nhỏ và yếu, cảm giác đi tiểu không có động lực, kèm theo đó là hiện tượng tiểu rắt.
- Tiểu són
Tiểu són là hiện tượng tiểu không kiềm chế, đặc biệt là khi ngủ. Hiện tượng này diễn ra thường xuyên khiến người bệnh cảm thấy khá lo lắng, xấu hổ và ảnh hưởng không nhỏ tới cuộc sống cũng như sinh hoạt của người bệnh.
- Tiểu ngắt quãng
Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt thường đi kèm với sự hình thành của sỏi bàng quang gây ra tình trạng đi tiểu đột ngột bị ngắt quãng. Triệu chứng này sẽ trầm trọng hơn nếu gặp lạnh hoặc thường xuyên sử dụng rượu bia, các thuốc chống cholinergic và thuốc thần kinh.
- Tiểu nhiều lần
Là hiện tượng số lần đi tiểu trong ngày tăng lên 3 – 4 lần. Khoảng cách giữa 2 lần đi tiểu ngắn và thường xuyên có cảm giác buồn tiểu.
Tác hại của phì đại tuyến tiền liệt?
1. Nhiễm khuẩn đường tiểu: Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt làm đường tiểu bị tắc nghẽn ở cổ bàng quang, rất dễ gây nhiễm khuẩn cấp tính đường tiểu, gây ra các biểu hiện như số lần tiểu đêm tăng nhiều, tiểu gấp, tiểu đau, tiểu ra máu.
2. Bể thận tích nước: Khi tình trạng phì đại tuyến tiền liệt trở lên nghiêm trọng, sau một thời gian sẽ khiến cho chức năng mất – bù của bàng quang và đường tiểu bị ảnh hưởng nên có thể gây hiện tượng tích nước ở bể thận và ống niệu quản. Tình trạng tích nước nghiêm trọng có thể sờ bằng tay ở nơi ổ bụng thấy một khối bàng quan sưng lên.
3. Hội chứng urê huyết: Khi có hiện tượng bể thận tích nước gây áp lực lên nhu mô thận, có thể gây ảnh hưởng tới chức năng thận và gây ra chứng urê huyết. Biểu hiện thường thấy là chán ăn, buồn nôn, ôn ói, thiếu máu. Bởi các triệu chứng ban đầu tương đối nhẹ, không cụ thể nên người bệnh dễ dàng bỏ qua hoặc nhầm lẫn với các bệnh đường tiêu hóa. Tới khi xuất hiện các triệu chứng nặng hơn như đau đầu, chậm chạp, hôn mê mới lo lắng và lúc này bệnh mới được phát hiện.
4. Tác hại khác của bệnh phì đại tuyến tiền liệt: Một số người bị bệnh phì đại tuyến tiền liệt có biểu hiện thay đổi ham muốn tình dục: Có trường hợp suy giảm ham muốn tình dục, nhưng cũng có trường hợp ham muốn quá độ và một số ít người bệnh có hiện tượng xuất tinh ra máu.
Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt có thể gây tác hại lớn tới sức khỏe phái mạnh, nên các quý ông cần chú ý, tiến hành thăm khám và xử lý bệnh sớm khi phát hiện triệu chứng bệnh, tránh để lâu sẽ ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe.
