Nghiên cứu cao cây bồ quân trong điều trị phì đại tuyến tiền liệt

Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt là bệnh lý phổ biến và không thể tránh khỏi của nam giới từ 50 tuổi trở lên, là một bệnh lành tính, ít nguy hiểm nhưng lại gây nhiều phiền phức trong cuộc sống sinh hoạt hàng ngày, lâu ngày dẫn tới ăn không ngon, ngủ không yên, tinh thần suy sụp.

Các phiền toái và triệu chứng của bệnh thường bắt đầu bằng chứng rối loạn tiểu tiện như: tiểu nhiều lần, tiểu khó, tiểu rắt, tiểu són, nặng thì bí tiểu phải cấp cứu, để lâu ngày biến chứng thành viêm bàng quang, suy thận.

Hiện nay đã có rất nhiều sản phẩm để giải quyết căn bệnh này, nhưng ít nhiều đều có tác dụng phụ ảnh hưởng tới gan thận, hoặc chức năng của đàn ông. Trong dân gian Việt Nam, nhiều bài thuốc cổ phương và kinh nghiệm ông cha ta cũng có nhiều bài thuốc quý để trị căn bệnh phiền toái này.

Tiếp thu những thành quả của nền y học dân gian đó, năm 2001, các Bác sĩ tại Đại học Y Thái Nguyên đã nghiên cứu và thử nghiệm lâm sàng ở những người mắc bệnh Phì đại tuyến tiền liệt, cho kết quả vô cùng khả quan. Đề tài  “Nghiên cứu hiệu quả dịch chiết cây bồ quân với phì đại lành tính tuyến tiền liệt” được Hội đồng Khoa học nghiệm thu.ừ xa xưa, trong các bài thuốc dân gian vùng huyện Phú Lương, tỉnh Bắc Thái, cây bồ quân đã được sử dụng như một bài thuốc hữu hiệu giúp cải thiện tình trạng tiểu khó, hay tiểu đêm nhiều lần ở nam giới. Giúp người bệnh có giấc ngủ êm, giảm dần cho đến hết phản xạ đi tiểu đêm. Chấm dứt tình trạng khét khắm, do quần áo, trang phục nội y dính những giọt nước tiểu sót rỉ ra triền miên trong ngày…

Cây bồ quân tại vùng nguyên liệu

Kết quả thu được như sau:

  • Sau khi thử nghiệm bằng uống cao lỏng cây bồ quân với liều 0,1 ml/ kg/ ngày, tất cả các triệu chứng rối loạn bài tiết nước tiểu do phì đại tuyến tiền liệt giảm đi rõ rệt. Sau đợt sử dụng, các bệnh nhân có chỉ định phẫu thuật đều không cần phẫu thuật nữa.
  • Hình ảnh siêu âm cuối cùng cho thấy, thể tích khối tuyến tiền liệt giảm trung bình 3,5cm3. Đồng thời, qua siêu âm còn nhận thấy nhiều chỗ vôi hóa biến mất, thể tích bàng quang co trở lại gần như mức bình thường.
  • Khi thăm khám trực tràng, các bệnh nhân trên đều có tuyến tiền liệt mềm, nhận biết rõ rãnh giữa điển hình. Có 1 trường hợp thể tích khối u tăng thêm 1cm3 nhưng lại không cần phải mổ vì sau đợt sử dụng, các triệu chứng rối loạn bài tiết nước tiểu được cải thiện rõ rệt. Người bệnh đã tiểu tiện thành tia, thành bãi lớn.

Các bác sĩ thống nhất nhận định:

Cao cây quân hoặc nước sắc của 100g thân hoặc cành cây quân, uống hàng ngày và liên tục trong một tuần lễ có khả năng điều trị đối với những trường hợp bệnh mới xuất hiện và liều lượng nhiều hơn với tình trạng nặng.

Qua đó có thể thấy rằng, cao từ cây bồ quân có tác dụng rất tốt lên các bệnh nhân bị phì đại tuyến tiền liệt, đồng thời thau rửa toàn bộ hệ thống bàng quang, niệu đạo, làm sạch toàn bộ hệ thống giúp người bệnh có phản xạ tiểu tiện bình thường. Ngoài ra theo một số nghiên cứu của nước ngoài cho thấy, hợp chất Flavonoids (trong rễ bồ quân cũng có hợp chất này) có tác dụng ngăn ngừa rất tốt Ung thư tuyến tiền liệt nếu sử dụng hàng ngày.
