Chăm sóc bệnh nhân u xơ tuyến tiền liệt cần lưu ý gì?

Chứng rối loạn tiểu tiện khi bị U xơ tuyến tiền liệt sẽ khiến người bệnh mệt mỏi và khó chịu, đó chính là lý do bệnh cần thiết phải điều trị sớm. Trong quá trình điều trị, người bệnh cần được quan tâm chăm sóc đúng cách để có sức khỏe tốt, nhanh khỏi bệnh.

Dưới đây là những thông tin cần thiết giúp cho việc chăm sóc bệnh nhân mắc u xơ tuyến tiền liệt nhanh khỏe lại.

Chăm sóc người bệnh trong sinh hoạt thường ngày

* Chế độ ăn uống của người bệnh:

Trong thực đơn hàng ngày của người mắc u xơ tuyến tiền liệt, nên ưu bổ sung nhiều loại rau quả như: cà chua, cải bắp, cá và các thực phẩm được làm từ đậu xanh hoặc đậu nành như giá đậu, đậu phụ…

Hoàng kỳ và gạo nếp nấu cháo hoặc dùng bí đỏ và đậu xanh ninh ăn hàng ngày được xem là bài thuốc tốt cho người bệnh.

Nên uống nhiều nước vào buổi sáng và buổi trưa, >2l nước mỗi ngày. Hạn chế uống nhiều nước vào buổi tối để tránh ban đêm đi tiểu nhiều.

Người mắc u xơ tuyến tiền liệt cũng không nên sử dụng các thực phẩm cay nóng và các chất kích thích như: ớt, tiêu, gừng, rượu, cà phê, bia rượu…

* Chế độ nghỉ ngơi, sinh hoạt:

Người bệnh u xơ tuyến tiền liệt nên làm việc vừa phải và có thời gian nghỉ ngơi hợp lý. Đồng thời chú ý dành chút thời gian cho thói quen tập thể dục thể thao như đi bộ, chạy chậm hoặc bơi… Tránh ngồi nhiều 1 bộ gây chèn ép nặng hơn lên niệu đạo và bàng quang.

* Chế độ thuốc thang của bệnh nhân u xơ tuyến tiền liệt:

– Theo Đông y:

  • Ở giai đoạn đầu của bệnh, nên dùng các thuốc có tác dụng bổ thận, bổ khí, lợi tiểu… Cách tốt nhất là phòng bệnh, có thể sử dụng những sản phẩm hay bài thuốc từ thân và rễ bồ quân có chứa thành phần Flavoinoids (theo nghiên cứu của Anh, nam giới sử dụng Flavoinoids mỗi ngày giảm nguy cơ ung thư tuyến tiền liệt, hạn chế u xơ)
  • Với bệnh nhân bị bí tiểu, suy nhược cơ thể thì dùng bài thuốc gồm: 30g hoàng kỳ, 20g đảng sâm, 18 g hạt sen, 15g sa tiền, 12g ý dĩ sống, 6g cam thảo, 6g nhục quế và 5g ngô thù du. Đem sắc những thứ này với nhau mỗi ngày 1 thang chia làm 2 uống.
  • Với bệnh nhân bị tiểu khó và tiểu nhiều, dùng 12g khiếm thực, 12g sài hồ, 12g thăng ma, 10g bạch linh, 10g sa tiền, 10g ý dĩ, 10g mộc thông và 9g cát cánh sắc uống như trên.

– Theo Tây y: Một số thuốc thường được sử dụng là thuốc ức chế alpha 1, thuốc ức chế alpha 5, thuốc nội tiết tố (progesteron, megesterol)…

Lưu ý: Trước khi sử dụng các thuốc này, người bệnh cần phải tham khảo qua tư vấn và chỉ định của bác sĩ điều trị.

Chăm sóc sau khi bệnh nhân mổ u xơ tuyến tiền liệt

Đối với những trường hợp u xơ tuyến tiền liệt đã to không thể điều trị nội khoa sẽ được chỉ định phẫu thuật (ngoại khoa). Khi mới phẫu thuật xong, người bệnh cần nằm nghỉ tại giường, sau 6 giờ có thể ăn cháo. Người bệnh cần uống nhiều nước nhưng tránh những đồ uống có cồn hoặc có chất kích thích.

Theo dõi tình trạng của bệnh nhân, nếu thấy có hiện tượng tiểu khó, tiểu đau hoặc đi tiểu ra máu thì cần báo ngay cho bác sĩ.

Sau khi phẫu thuật cắt bỏ u xơ tuyến tiền liệt, người bệnh cần phải được chăm sóc chu đáo để sức khỏe nhanh phục hồi. Chế độ dinh dưỡng và nghỉ ngơi cho người bệnh sau mổ tương tự như trước lúc mổ nhưng người thân vẫn nên tham khảo thêm lời khuyên từ bác sĩ.
